Emma Roberts Seen Driving Her 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible, Goes Shopping

Whether she was looking for something nice to wear for the inaugural Kindred Foundation For Adoption fundraising event held at The Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills later that day or it was just a regular shopping day, we don't really care. Point is that we now know that Emma Roberts is using a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible as a daily driver.

Photogs got her on camera the other day while the 24-year old actress was busy shopping in West Hollywood, California. After she'd done her deeds the Palo Alto star cruised out in her convertible.

First of all, we’re quite surprised we see one Hollywood celebrity driving the popular American muscle car since these people are used to the hundred-thousand-dollar exotics.

Looking a bit further into the Mustang’s features we’d say it appears it’s a stock model, which means Roberts is not really that much into cars as famous people in the showbiz normally are. Or maybe she still can’t afford expensive luxury cars yet.

On the other hand, if we were to look into what really made this beautiful muscle car that popular worldwide it kind of makes sense.

After all, showbiz is one of the reasons the creator of the pony car class became renown on the entire planet. It all started with the Mustang Sally song, recorded by Wilson Pickett in 1966. Then Steve McQueen drove one in his famous chase scene in the 1968 Bullitt. Diamonds Are Forever starring a 1971 Mustang Mach 1 followed and then there is H.B. “Toby” Halicki’s famous Gone in 60 Seconds film, of course.

However, since Roberts is quite young, we’re assuming she was inspired by the 2000 remake of Gone in 60 Seconds movie starring Nicholas Cage and Angelina Jolie. And who can blame her, that customized 1967 Mustang fastback (yes, we mean Elanore) is simply a work of art.
