Electric Blue Aventador Gets Outrageous PUR Disc-Style Alloys

The Lamborghini Aventador is one of the most extreme cars made in Italy, but there are at least a couple of them in every major city by now. Which means there's extra incentive for some owners to go berserk and order something so radical, so outrageous that the others will not follow.

Case in point, this crazy Aventador from the Canadian city of Vancouver. After being sent into the labs of tuner SR Auto Group, it emerged looking like this! We think you'll agree, there isn't another supercar that looks quite like this

A different take on the Italian supercar design is granted by parts from two great companies involved in Lamborghini customization. Dubbed Lamborghini Aventador PUR Package, this blue beauty features a bespoke set of RS09 wheels, which look like the intertwined branches of a tree or those old BBS alloys with a million spokes.

The wheels measure 20×9 at the front and 21×12.5 at the back and have a special blue finish inside the recessed areas to match the car. PUR also contributed a suspension adjustment kit that works perfectly with the Aventador's F1-inspired pushrod setup.

Keen-eyed readers will already have spotted that this Aventador also has the carbon fiber body parts from DMC. These include a massive front lip spoiler, side skirts, a rear diffuser and rear wing sitting proud over the taillights.

"Bringing the car down to the ground is the newly developed PUR adjustment arms. The solid beam construction allows the Aventador to reach lows only imagined in photoshop. Crafted with true precision, the adjustment arms offer a balance of form and function," the Canadian tuner states in its press release... and that's saying something, considering the sorts of things people dream up in photoshop.
