It looks like some pictures of the upcoming EBR 1190RX machine have leaked just before the 2013 AIMExpo show in Orlando, Florida, where Erik Buell was supposed to unveil his new machinery.
A Buellxb forum member apparently took pictures with his smartphone and published them. Some believe that these pics come from the very floor of the AIMExpo and have been taken as the show booths were being assembled.
The 1190RX is a two-seater sport motorcycle which should attract more customers thanks to three main assets. The first one will most likely be the price, which is rumored to be a more affordable figure than the 40-grand machines Buell used to produce.
A lower price should bring in a decent increase in sales figures, and EBR is not the only manufacturer which readies more affordable machinery to boost sales.
Then it's the two-up riding possibility and the more streetable nature of the motorcycle, which expands the customer base. Finally, it's about the EBR badge, a symbol of American sportbike performance.
We dig the looks of the EBR 1190RX: it brings updated lines, while retaining the Buell-factor. However, we're not at all sure on the design choice which left the fan exposed. That fan is really stinging the retina...
