We're sorry to say, but after watching this video we must admit that the rider should read some how-to-ride guides anew. This crash could have been so easily avoided with just a tiny bit of defensive driving, and everybody could have ended the day much better, save for some profanity from the biker.
There are so many motorcycle riders who fail to properly assess the traffic situations and crash in the silliest of scenarios that it's not even funny. All the guy should have done is back the throttle a bit and brake slightly, letting the Clio pass and possibly honking/ swearing, then see to his own riding.
The Clio was already entering the main road and there was no way to pass in front of it, even if it would've stopped, so braking was only natural. The fact that another vehicle ignores the Give Way sign doesn't mean there is a point in crashing your motorbike into it. Too bad for the rider, but hopefully he'll see things in a new light after this event.
