Got a Ducati Monster M900? Great, it's a really cool bike, but no matter what you do to it, it will just never be as cool as one which received a Flattracker Kit from Earle Motors. Prepare to be amazed!
After scanning the Monster and acquiring extensive knowledge on each curve, each bolt and each edge this bike has, Alex Earle and his team went on to fabricate one of the most amazing modding kits we've ever seen for a Ducati.
The front wheel comes from a Kawasaki, while the rear one is a widened Harley-Davidson, both receiving Maxxis DTR-1 tires for a classic look. Baja Designs yellow-lens LED headlights are complemented by a Mad Doctor tail light, while the instrumentation was provided by Knog: a 12-function wireless, waterproof unit sitting at the center of the Renthal Fat Bar with ATV risers.
Alex wanted to build this bike as a reply to the invasion of cafe-racers: taller, aggressive, and equally suitable for both tracks and the urban jungle. The bodywork is made in fiberglass and the tank is completely built in-house. He plans to offer it as a complete kit for builders and says that this “flattracking” treatment could be easily adapted to fit Harley XR1200 or Triumphs.
