The convertible version of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe is, as some of you know, our favorite open-top car on the planet right now.
No matter what engine choice, we find the E-Class Cabriolet to fulfill pretty much any expectation someone would ever want from a convertible.
Offering almost four real seats (the passengers in the rear would be more comfortable if they are smaller sized, naturally), perfect open-top motoring experience not relying on exterior temperature thanks to the AirCap and AirScarf systems, the only current four-seat convertible also offers plenty of noise and temperature insulation courtesy of a well put together soft top.
The Aussies from Cars Guide seem to agree with most of our conclusions and even draw a couple more in their latest E 400 CGI Cabriolet review. Sporting a new twin-turbocharged three-liter V6, the German convertible also offers an adequate amount of punch as an extra to the previously mentioned qualities.
