Dunlop Surfaces Sportmax Q3, the New High-Performance Sport Tire

Dunlop Sportmax Q3
If you liked the way your old Sportmax Q2 tires performed on both track and street, then prepare for the next best thing, as Dunlop announces the release of the all new Q3.
The Sportmax Q3 brings Dunlop's Carbon Fiber Technology (CFT) innovation: a carbon fiber structural element reinforcing the tire wall, and providing superior stability, especially in turns and high leaning angles.

Due to the very stable nature of the carbon fiber (high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion), this new element makes the new tire less susceptible to deformations in a variety of situations, providing more predictable steering.

The Multi-Tread technology is also present in the Sportmax Q3: the center of the tread is tougher, longer running and more heat-resistant, while the outer sectors are made form a softer compound for better grip for more traction during corners.

The tread pattern is derived from the AMA Pro Road Racing design, but the grooves are fewer and longer, for better grip in wet conditions. The Dunlop Sportmax Q3 is expected in dealerships starting from June.
