Harley-Davidson announces that Dunlop Tires will be their official tire sponsor for the celebrations related to the 110th anniversary of the Milwaukee bike manufacturer.
Dunlop will also take prime position at the major H-D events which will take place in Rome, Italy, and Sturgis and Milwaukee in the US. Harley-Davidson started using Dunlop tires in 1984, so 2013 marks almost 30 years of solid business. 2013 is also an anniversary year for Dunlop themselves, as they will be celebrating 125 years as a tire manufacturer.
Tire experts from Dunlop will be present at each of the announced events and they will share their tire selection and performance knowledge with the Harley riders.
"Our 110th Anniversary is a unique opportunity to showcase the respected tradition that connects Harley-Davidson motorcycles and Dunlop tires, which includes Dunlop's longtime support for Harley-Davidson racing programs," said John C. Dunlop has just released their second generation of American Elite tires for Harley-Davidson Tourers earlyer in mid-March this year.
