You know safety comes first in Russia when you see a bunch of people working on a damaged bride right next to really heavy traffic. Yeah, it's that kind of video!
This incident happened in the South-East of Moscow, the Russian capital, where a large dump truck can be seen crashing though a damaged section of the road. The vehicle is grounded on the debris and quickly overturns, smashing a car (looks like the Dodge Stratus)

We honestly don't understand why nobody is directing the heavy traffic away from a single-lane bottleneck like that. Also puzzling is the way
in which everybody reacts, especially the road workers who erect barricades instead of checking the victim's state.

We don't know what happened o the driver of the car, but things really don't look good if we look at what's left of the car the truck is pulled off. Local reports seem to indicate the victim was a 65 year old man who managed to escape alive but suffered multiple injuries.

We don't understand why there is no verbal response from the people in the camera car, as if they've seen a crash like this every other day, like it's a non-event. Normally, we'd say this can only happen in Russia, but after watching enough Liveleak, we realized that's not the case!

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
