Ducati’s Full Factory Support Program Has Started

Every 2008-2009 Ducati motorcycle purchased this summer will benefit from the new Full Factory Support program, which offers a one year complimentary services.

The Full Factory Support motorcycle service campaign includes the first year of regularly scheduled maintenance updates, free of charge with the purchase of a new Ducati.

To benefit from the new program, after the purchase, which has to be done between June 4 and August 31, the customer has to fill out the program enrollment form and start riding.

The Full Factory Support maintenance program covers the first two services as outlined in your owners manual and include:
  • Service 1, to be performed within 6 months of delivery date or 600 miles, whichever comes first.
  • Service 2, to be performed within 12 months of delivery date or 7,500 miles, whichever comes first. To be eligible for the program, Service 2 service must be completed no later than 30 days within one year of the delivery date of your motorcycle.

If you reach 7,500 miles within the first year you are also eligible for Service A (valve inspection) to be done in conjunction with the 2nd Service.

You can bring your motorcycle to any authorized Ducati dealer participating in the program. The list of participating dealers will be posted on Ducati North America’s website by 11:59pm PST on Wednesday, June 10.

Ducati dealers have recently ranked the highest in customer satisfaction, according to the 2009 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index (PSI) U.S. Motorcycle Industry Study.

The results showed that Ducati gained advantages thanks to the salesmen’s ability to answer product questions, offering test rides, brochures and asking for the sale. Ducati dealers were followed Harley-Davidson, BMW, Victory, Buell and MV Augusta, all above the industry average.
