Come spring, the Scrambler 1100 range of bikes manufactured by Italian company Ducati is becoming even more appealing for riders in the market for a new motorcycle. It is then when two new models will be added to the range, including one that should become “the beefiest version in the Scrambler family.”
Both new bikes wear the Pro designation and come with visual, but also technical modifications. They are also both powered by the same engine, a 1,079 cm3 that draws fuel from a 15-liter tank.

The first new entry is called 1100 Pro. It shows up as a build with a two-tone paint called Ocean Drive, sprayed around a black steel frame and aluminum subframe. At the rear, there’s a dual tailpipe on the right side, and a low-slung plate holder, while at the front the most distinguishable feature is the framed headlight with a black metal X fitted inside.

The top of the range is called 1100 Sport Pro. It carries over all the styling details of its equally new sibling, but adds some other, unique features, like the cafe-racer-style mirrors, a shorter and narrower handlebar, and Öhlins suspensions. There is also a black color scheme and an 1100 logo adorning the side panels.

Both bikes come equipped with traction control, ABS Cornering, and three riding modes, namely Active, Journey, and City.

“The new Ducati Scrambler 1100 PRO and 1100 Sport PRO are the ideal choice for those who want to ride a motorcycle with a 1079 cm³ engine with generous torque right from the bottom of the rev range, a 15-litre steel tank that, combined with the comfortable seat with the new coating, ensure even the longest rides are enjoyed in comfort,”
said the company in a statement.

Sales of both new members of the 1100 begin at the end of March. The Pro will retail for £11,295 in the UK, while the Sport boasts a price tag reading £12,795.
