Ducati Launches New Models In Ride2

Snowfall is keeping you away from riding your motorcycle. Well, what can you do apart from tinkering with it in the garage? Play the new Ride2 videogame, of course, especially now that it features new Ducati models which make it much better in my opinion.

The first Ride game was good, but Ride2 is a lot better thanks to prettier graphics, more detailed motorcycles, tracks and physic engine. The game offers a lot of new and old motorcycles, from legendary 2-strokes to supermotos, superbikes, and cafe racers.

There are eighteen of the world’s major bike manufacturers in the game, and you can take their machines on thirty different tracks offering various conditions and topographic features.

You’ll find over 200 motorcycle models in Ride2, and that number is now about to increase by the addition of some renowned Ducati bikes. Coming as the Ducati Bikes Pack downloadable content (DLC), they range from naked to sport bikes as it follows:
  • 1990 Ducati 851 SP2. The Ducati 851 SP2, was released in 1990 when Raymond Roche was dominating the world Superbike Championship. The bike boasts 116 hp at 10,500 rpm.
  • 1998 Ducati 748. Related to the development of the 916, the legendary 748 is a timeless sports bike that wanted by many even today.
  • 2006 Ducati Sport 1000 Paul Smart. Produced in a limited edition, the Ducati 750 was driven to victory by Paul Smart in 1972.
  • 2008 Ducati 1098R. This was inspired by the historic 916, 996 and 998 models and was designed by Massimo Tamburini
  • 2014 Ducati 1199 Panigale Superleggera. With only 500 units on the market, Ducati managed to combine minimal weight and maximum performance in a single bike.
  • 2014 Ducati Monster 696. Originally introduced in 1994, the first Monster quickly managed to build a huge fan base and has quickly become the best-selling Ducati bike in the world.

The new DLC is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC Steam digital stores, places where you can also find the full game if you don’t own it already.
