Dubai’s Real Estate Company to Offer Luxury Cars for Free to Their Customers

We all know Dubai is the homeland for the luxurious lifestyle, but sometimes the ideas local businessmen use in order to increase their sales and attract more wealthy customers simply won’t seize to amaze. After offering free Lamborghinis to their buyers two years ago, Dubai’s Damac luxury real estate company is once again offering luxury cars for free.

Dubai’s developer Damac Properties made the announcement this week and it’s part of its promotional drive during Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), which starts in January next year. “In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Dubai Shopping Festival, we are offering the most luxurious and expensive cars ever, across the widest range of our products”, said Nial McLoughlin, the company’s senior vice president.

This way, new owners will be able to experience luxury living experiences with the proper wheel included. But what kind of luxury cars are we talking here? Reports are the range of cars available will include the 2015 models of the Aston Martin Vanquish S Coupe, the Mercedes-Benz GL Class SUV and the Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 Roadster.

In case you’re planning to buy a home in Dubai soon, you should know you can chose from the company’s portfolio of projects, including golf course-facing villas in the AKOYA by Damac master development, private apartments with interiors by FENDI Casa within Damac Residenze in Dubai Marina, luxury serviced apartments in the Burj Arena and Versace-styled villas on Palm Jumeirah. The promotion started three days ago and will run until February 1st, next year.

Now, since we mentioned all these luxury residences, we find ourselves indebted to expand a little. At a quick search on Property Finder, you’ll find that a 7,000 square foot “unique Versace style” in Signature Villas doesn’t come cheap.

The one in question we randomly stumbled upon has 5 bedrooms and 7+ bathrooms and is currently priced at AED 50 million which at the current exchange rate is about $13,6 million. Now taking the simple stock models of any of the cars we previously mentioned, the most expensive one wouldn't cost more than about $200,000. In other words, it's pocket change in comparison.
