The Dubai Police has set itself one ambitious goal: zero road fatalities by the year 2020. You can show off in every fast supercar you want, but you can't drive it like you stole it. To prove their point, they got together some of the most amazing machines ever created by man and painted them white and green.
Everybody has already seen the amazing police Ferrari FF and Lamborghini Aventador, but have you guys seen this? The new sherif in town could be this, an ultra-rare Aston Martin One-77.
This photo was shared with us by zero2turbo.com and shows an Aston Martin One-77 sitting in the garage of the Dubai Police voce in the company of a Bentley Continental GT and a Mercedes SLS AMG, both of which have also been rumored for police duties.
The Aston One-77 was built in only 77 examples using a modernized, high-output V12 engine and the using the carbon fiber technology that later was introduced to the Vanquish. But this is an even more exclusive car, one of only seven Q-series cars.
Because this is such a rare beast, we were able to track it down. This is #1 of the Q-series, first spotted last year by Patrick3331 at Alain Class Motors, the most amazing supercar dealership in the world. We think this means the Dubai Police HQ is loaning the Aston for publicity, wrapping it and giving it back in a few months.
