Despite so many campaigns against drinking and driving and DUI, there are a lot of people who get to drive their cars while being heavily intoxicated.
While most drivers could be ok with having one or two beers prior to driving, even though in many countries around the world even such behavior is illegal, some do not seem to heed any legal regulations at all.
