A 21-year old Brit called Struan Campbell Collin was recently photographed playing Real Racing on his iPad while also doing 65 mph (104 km/h) in a black Ford Fiesta. The young driver was photographed by another road user, who noticed that he was balancing the device against the steering wheel and driving on the motorway at the same time.
When it comes to driving safe some people just won’t get it, no matter what. It’s the case with this Scottish young fellow, who decided that he wouldn’t waste any gaming time so he just hold his iPad against the wheel and went racing. In the Real Racing game, not on the motorway, of course.

However, the problem is he was playing the game while sweeping his black Fiesta in the middle of the M8 motorway near Glasgow. Although nobody was hurt, Collin ended up at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday, where the judge decided he’ll be handed a six month driving ban and will also need to pay a £450 ($753/ EUR552) fine for driving offences.

After he announced the authorities, the photographer told the reporters: “I was in the passenger seat as we passed this guy who was doing 65 mph (104 km/h). I looked down and couldn’t believe my eyes. He was sitting playing the Real Racing game on his iPad and glancing up at the road every now and then.”
