Driver Cuts Lanes, Bike Rear-Ends Him Really Hard

Road regulations specify that lanes are to be changed one at a time, and that's because swerving across multiple lanes is a major risk for the other motorists approaching form behind. And when the incoming vehicles are also traveling at a high speed, cutting across multiple lanes in one move is a huge road hazard.
Unfortunately, this Russian fellow seems to care little, if at all, about such safety advice, and as he steers right into the main road, he drives his Lada Niva straight into the second lane. Just in time to cut off a motorcyclist approaching with a high speed from behind.

Sorry to say this, but the rider was obviously speeding, and maybe he could have stood a chance to slow down or swerve past the Lada idiot at a lower speed. It's definitely a double fault here, but the major loss is on the rider's side, even though he could have gotten away with a speed ticket if it wasn't for the mindless driver.
