Metro Bank UK wants to take advantage on driver’s habits motorists normally have to open drive-thru services for them, that will allow multiple banking tasks without them leaving their seat.
The first Metro drive-thru will enable motorists to pull up near a McDonald’s-like terminal and carry out their transactions instead of ordering a large menu with Coke.
Metro Bank is focused on customer satisfaction, all of their ’stores’ featuring water bowls for pets, customer toilets and panoramic windows that gives the building an airy minimalist design.
Drive-thru banking is not a new concept, as other companies tried to implement such possibilities. The thing didn’t last long due to the large queues of cars at each terminal and the rise of the much efficient online banking system.
