We're pretty sure that not one person in this world could've predicted the success of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. Conceived as a military machine, the Gelandewagen went on to become a (civilian) motoring icon and, ironically, we now have considerably more examples of the body-on-frame machine in customisation shops than tackling rugged terrain.
Slowly, but steadily, the G Wagen has turned into one of the aftermarket realm's favorite children - as more and more aficionados get to enjoy the charms of the retro-flavored Benz, the need for individualization grows.

And we're here to bring you the freshest example of such a custom G, one that might just be more... violent than all the others we showed you in the past.

It all has to do with the exhaust of the G63 in the piece of footage at the bottom of the page. The offroader has been gifted with a flamethrower exhaust. As odd as this might sounds for old-school enthusiasts, certain drivers will actually fit a spark plug and a fuel injector in their exhaust, all for achieving the kind of Mad Max effect you see here.

The dragony bit obviously isn't the only mod fitted to the G-Class. For instance, the face of the machine has a Brabus take, thanks to the German developer's grille and bumper.

Then we have the custom wheels on the car, which seem to be just as controversial as the exhaust. To be more precise, this kind of wheels requires low-profile tires, thus doing away with the rough terrain abilities of the vehicle.

And one can't help but think such rollers are ridiculous on a machine that's gifted with three locking differentials and a recirculating ball steering system.

P.S.: The Lamborghini Huracan parked behind the G-Class, which has also received aftermarket attention, doesn't seem all that impressed.
