Dodge Viper Turns Sneaky SRT “Monster” Via Extreme Digital Widebody Makeover

Dodge’s iconic Viper sports car is certainly part of the broad category of gone but not forgotten nameplates. As such, now and then it just casually pops up inside the hearts and minds of various people. When that happens to a virtual artist’s persona, wonderful things might happen.

Extreme widebody makeovers of the V10-toting Dodge Viper aren’t that uncommon. Besides, these rather outrageous aerodynamic body kits have kind of become the norm these days, both in the virtual and real worlds. So, based on prior examples, one can even say that virtual widebody Vipers can range from stealthy apparitions to all-out SRT “Monsters,” if we are to consider the latest virtual project.

The latter belongs to the pixel master hiding behind the hycade moniker on YouTube. He or she is a fresh virtual artist that has little experience (barely a year) on the CGI job but still managed to amass an enviable following of almost 90k fans. Sure, the neatly organized to-do list might have something to do about it, as well as the focus on widebody kits prepared for luxury supercars and iconic muscle cars.

Now, the digital automotive content creator has skipped the waiting line to satisfy the curiosity about a Dodge Viper getting the unique treatment. And this alteration of the beloved V10-powered sports car looks ready to propose a corner-carving monster that might even seek to exceed the stock car’s capabilities (fifth-gen had 645 hp and 206 mph/332 kph top speed).

Or, at least become the one to attract all the spotlights in any crowd. Basically, everything is doubled in size or at least beefed up. Frankly, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but at least the fan base has an overwhelmingly positive response rate.
