The most wicked Demon of them all is here to haunt public roads; behold!
Back in 2018, Dodge unleashed a fearsome menace on the world; the unforgiving Challenger SRT Demon. It really is a shame that only 3,000 units were ever produced for the U.S. market, while Canada received a mere 300 copies. Nonetheless, this brutal piece of machinery is a force to be reckoned with.

It is brought to life by a feral 6.2-liter Hemi V8 leviathan that feeds power to its rear wheels by means of an eight-speed automatic transmission. The supercharged monstrosity is capable of producing up to 808 hp and 717 pound-feet (972 Nm) of torque when subjected to a premium gasoline diet. On the other hand, filling your tank with racing fuel and equipping the Demon Crate package will unlock a sacrilegious 840 ponies, along with 770 pound-feet of torque output.

As a result, the ruthless Demon will happily accelerate 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) in a whopping 2.3 seconds and run the quarter mile in no more than 9.54 seconds, at 140 mph (225 kph). With a top speed of 203 mph (327 kph), this nasty Mopar animal is ready to tear the drag strip to pieces! Oh, and did I mention it can also do a wheelie when taking off from a dead stop? You know, just so it looks extra cool and stuff while demolishing its competition.

However, there will always be room for improvement. As such, the guys over at SpeedKore worked their black magic on this bloodthirsty Challenger SRT Demon, bringing it to an entirely new level. Now, these folks aren’t exactly rookies when it comes to staggering custom builds and jaw-dropping restorations.

The Wisconsin-based firm stunned us with some truly ravishing carbon fiber masterpieces in the past, including a 1967 Chevy Camaro assembled for Chris Evans, a glorious 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 for Robert Downey, Jr. and even a splendid 1970 Plymouth Barracuda that Kevin Hart managed to wreck a while back. Each and every one of SpeedKore’s creations features a full prepreg carbon fiber bodywork, as well as countless chassis, engine and drivetrain upgrades that’ll have you drooling.

To give you a better idea as to what they’re all about, let’s take a look at this vicious SRT Demon, nicknamed Big Machine. For starters, its 6.2-liter Hemi V8 behemoth was refined by Gearhead Fabrications, receiving a Whipple supercharger, a DiabloSport E85 tuning module and larger fuel injectors from Injector Dynamics. As a result, the powerplant will generate a colossal 980 hp at the wheels.

Additionally, we notice a Fore Innovations triple-pump fuel system and a new cold air intake, as well as a wider throttle body that tops off the hardware enhancements. I’ve mentioned that SpeedKore’s works of art are wrapped in carbon fiber from bumper to bumper, and this bad boy is no exception.

Every single panel is made of high-quality prepreg carbon fiber goodness, from its front splitter, fenders and hood, to the roof, quarter panels and mirror covers. The whole thing sits on a set of 20-inch HRE Series C105 forged three-piece wheels, hugged by high-performance 315/30ZR20 Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires.

Long story short, this is one seriously diabolical machine and I’ll bet its lucky owner is having a hell of a time conquering the drag strip with their relentless SRT Demon. If I were you, I’d head over to Speedkore’s Instagram or Facebook accounts to check out some of their other breathtaking projects – like, now!
