Dodge Dart GTS 210 Tribute by Mopar

Yesterday, we told you that Mopar, the parts and accessories division of the Chrysler Group, would release four custom vehicles in order to celebrate its 75th anniversary. Now that Chrysler is connected to the Fiat Group, the customization wing’s activities can spread further than ever before and Mopar will demonstrate this at this year’s Chicago Auto Show, where the four vehicles will be displayed.

We’ll skip past the Fiat 500 Singer, the Jeep Compass 'True North' and the Mopar '12 300, to focus on the Dodge Dart "GTS 210 Tribute for now. The Dart will become one of Mopar’s favorite children when it goes on sale, and this concept features over 150 accessories, all of which should be available for order.

Just like its name says, the vehicle will deliver 210 hp, thanks to an improved air-flow intake and low back-pressure exhaust. The company doesn’t mention the engine, only saying that it’s base version delivers 184 hp - we’re assuming that the naturally aspirated 2.4-liter unit is hidden under the bonnet. The tech story continues with a beefier brakes, as well as larger anti-roll bars.

The Dart also received an explosion of exterior goodies: a lower chin spoiler, side sills, rear spoiler and rear-diffuser panel. A lightweight carbon-fiber hood with large air scoop and 18-inch, 10-spoke forged alloy titanium-colored wheels.

As for the interior, this has been fitted with Katzkin leather seat fronts, door panels, center armrest and map-pocket inserts, Piano Black trimming, as well as a black suede instrument cluster.
