Dodge Challenger "Cyber Bully" Looks Like a Widebody Offender

Wake up samurai, we've got a city to burn. Cyberpunk 2077 is coming... when it's ready. Hopefully, the graphics can take advantage of the new generation of consoles that are coming out.

And from what we can tell, there are a few muscle cars in there too. This isn't some dystopian world where everything is held together with tape and rusty robot parts. So you can't expect any cars that you actually know to be in there. From what we can tell, the game will influence later car designs and not the other way around.

But we'd like to presume that this cool rendering belongs in the Cyberpunk universe. It's a classic widebody rendering from Brad Builds. This is one of his earliest works, but it's also one of the most common Challenger images on Pinterest, which tells us it's an inspiration.

Brad has done another Challenger widebody conversion. But that's based on the more modern Hellcat and this, well, this looks like an older R/T model.

The big boy Dodge takes on a widebody persona that's only really possible in the digital world. The chopped fender extensions cover only part of the tire and look like they're glued onto the rubber. They look like those on the Plymouth Prowler, and would probably need to be anchored to the suspension, not the actual fenders.

Like any good Cyberpunk photo session, this "Cyber Bully" has a hint of Japanese urban style. The lights are kind of blown out with accents in bright pink, which are a popular aesthetic of this style.

To finish off the transformation, the legendary American muscle car gets a JDM-style accessory set. The tiny mirrors and exposed intercooler mounted to the outside of the bumper wouldn't look out of place on a Hakosuka low-rider. And for full respect points, it's also spawned a huge wing over the back.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
