Steve "Doc" Hopkins of Missouri's Doc's Harley-Davidson dealership followed his dream of bringing together several iconic H-D engines into a bike that's as striking as it is also fun to see, and most likely, ride.
Baptized the “Timeline”, this immense 25-feet (7.6 m) long Harley-Davidson can accommodate no less than 10 riders and carry them in ultimate style. The Timeline is on it's way to Europe as we speak, heading for a large motorcycle show in Essen, Germany.
Due to its construction and particular driving requirements, the Timeline can only travel on highways and other roads as straight as possible. Turning it requires a lot of skill... and space. That's why the Timeline will travel to Germany on the roads, by train, cargo container and finally again on the road to Essen.
The dual-fork, dual-rear wheel Timeline is powered by an 1923 JD 1200cc, a 1944 Flathead 74" 1200cc, a 1946 Knucklehead 1200cc, a 1948 Panhead 1200cc, a 1981 Shovelhead 1340cc, a 1993 Evolution 1340cc, and a Twin Cam, all working together perfectly after a huge sync and fine tune effort, and building a giant clutch for them all.
