Seeing a Lamborghini Huracan on the street is still exciting, but for the rich "kids" at the Dubai or Monaco playgrounds a standard model isn't enough.
German tuners DMC have already released several projects targeting the Huracan and adding everything from larger wings to a lot more power. However, this is their best work yet.
It's called the DMC Lamborghini Huracan E-GT and may be considered the 4th and most extreme version of the kit. Only a few will be made, and this one stands out thanks to carbon details and orange paint.
The most noticeable feature is the adjustable carbon fiber rear wing that comes with Cruise, Track, and what DMC calls the Fun Mode. The front spoiler is more aggressive even than a concept car's, featuring a unique air splitter, a diffuser in the middle, and large side fins that channel air to the brakes. The carbon rear apron is another custom touch that reminds us of race cars.
For the LP1088, they chose a set of forged alloy wheels size 9×20 and 12.5×21-inch with Pirelli P-Zero tires 245/30R20. Of course, the interior wasn't left untouched, but the changes are minimal.
As we've mentioned before, this particular Huracan is called the LP1088. While all production Lamborghinis only have three numbers, this one uses four to describe its awesome power. Obviously, forced induction is to blame, but such a power increase never only happens from installing a pair of turbochargers. The stock engine has received new injectors, carbs and is matched to an upgraded transmission.
That feature is essential when the total amount of available torque has increased to 1000 Nm. As a reminder, the project started out with "only" 610 horsepower and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of twist. The V10 pushes the car to its first 100 km/h in 2.69 seconds and ends with a maximum speed of 345 km/h.
