Ever wondered who buys all those limited edition Lamborghini and Ferrari supercars? We haven't. That's because we know it takes somebody like Afrojack to understand what makes the Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV special and be able to afford it.
The fact that this renowned DJ owns an SV model has been known to us since last spring. From then till now, he may have even purchased the new Bugatti Chyron for a few million euros. However, just because he's thinking about a 1500 horsepower hybrid doesn't mean he stopped treating the Lambo like the dream car that it is.
This video shows you how the guys at JD Customs installed the XPEL Ultimate Paint Protection Film on Afrojack's car. The clear coat is designed to treat surface scratches and swirl marks from washing while also protecting against future damage.
Aged just 28, Nick Van de Wall, better known as DJ Afrojack, is clearly living the life. And even though his first Aventador model cost him his driver's license three years ago, that's one hell of a way to lose it.
When asked by a Dutch Autoblog journalist why he bought the SV, Afrojack answered the following at the 2015 AutoRAI: "I drove a lot of cars from rich friends. They thought it was fun and invited me over. That's why I've been driving an Aventador for two years. That car is such a traditional roaring monster; it screams."
Afrojack has an entire collection of cool cars that also includes a convertible Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Aventador Roadster and Audi RS6. But he likes to keep things private. "I drove a '89 Swift seven years ago. Three years later I drove a '96 VW Passat," he said in that interview.
The guy is undeniably living the dream life and knows a thing or two about monster cars. Thankfully, he hasn't totaled any of them, and by getting the SV detailed, he shows that he cares about the condition his motors are in.
