Didn’t Ferrari Fix the 458 Fires? Guess Not!

Burning Ferrari! 1 photo

If we had a Ferrari 458, California or 599, we’d keep a chainsaw in the passenger seat at all time. You just never know when one of these will catch fire these days.
We seriously though that Ferrari fixed the problem with their 458s spontaneously catching fire back in 2010. But apparently, they didn’t... and they need to!

Another stunning red 458 Italia has caught fire, this time while driving on the A5 motorway in Switzerland. The sight of this expensive supercar burning to a crisp by the side of the road really does send shivers down your spine.

This is exactly why we’re glad Audi is in charge of things at Audi, otherwise we’d be roasting marshmallows over a burning Aventador at every street corner.

And again, if we were an insurance company, we’d stop covering these things, because they are sure to be money pits.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
