Diddy Buys Son a Brand New Maybach

Diddy isn't only a very appreciated rapper but also one of the best fathers on earth. Because money is not at all important when it comes to his family and, as long as his son Justin is concerned, driving one of the most luxurious limousine ever made is worth every cent. Diddy has recently bought a new Maybach believed to cost around $390,000 for his son as a gift for his 17th anniversary.

Does this sound shocking to you? Not at all, we guess, because this isn't the first time when Diddy goes the extreme way when buying presents for his son. The American rapper, who has one stepdaughter - Quincy who is 19 years old, and is father to Justin, 16, Christian Casey, 12, twin daughters, D'Lila Star and Jessie, four, and four-year-old daughter Chance, bought Justin a $300,000 Maybach last year too when he was only 16.

This time, Justin really deserved his gift because he really improved his grades, as Softpedia writes.

"Justin has turned himself around and is now an honors student, which he wasn't before, so I wanted to treat him," Diddy was quoted as saying by popeater.com. "It's a collector's car so maybe he will use it for special occasions like on a first date, but like all my kids, he prefers the simpler things than the expensive things. Simple tastes."

Last year however, Diddy commented on a bitter tone on the criticism that targeted his decision to buy his son such an expensive car.

"You don't ask white people what they buy their kids," Diddy explained at that time. "And they buy 'em Porsches and convertible Bentleys, and it ain't no question. It's really a racist question and put things back in perspective with money and the way that people still look at you. And I'm not saying that consciously he's a racist. But he probably don't even realize that he would not ask Steve Jobs that. He would be like Steve Jobs has that money, and that's the gift his kid is supposed to get."
