“I kept the right ones out/ And let the wrong ones in/ Had an Angel of mercy to see me through all my sins”. There’s something true about Aerosmith’s song that works quite well with all these celebrities, but that’s not our point of interest with this post. It does have something to do with music though, only that it’s electronic, and it comes in the form of mixed sounds. Yes, that’s what Deadmau5 does for a living, and he’s that good at it, he buys a supercar ever six months or so.
So here we are, thinking only world renown sportsman such as Floyd Mayweather have this lavish lifestyle when people like Joel Zimmerman show up with yet another new car. We could act all surprised, but to be honest we have warned you that this was coming.

The electronic music DJ from Canada is probably one of the biggest car people in the music industry. But what we truly like about him is that he never fears to drive the expensive supercars (if not hypercars) he buys.

Take the McLaren P1 he drove for this year’s Gumball 3000 rally. Not only did he wrapped like any other regular car, but he even took it out in the desert for some proper drifting-and-donuts session. Sure, it was quite shocking to people like us, but not for those who change Lambos and Ferraris like we do with socks.

Again, we were expecting Deadmau5 to buy a Lamborghini Huracan ever since he took a test drive with one some months ago. He later said he would call his Purracan instead if he was to buy one. Look at the license plate. What does it read?

The story of "Purracan"

You may be wondering why Deadmau5 used this peculiar nickname for his new Lambo. Well, it could be for more than one reason. First, the DJ is quite a cat lover and branding his cars with feline-related names is something regular.

The second reason he may have used this nickname could be to get revenge over Ferrari, who legally demanded him to change his former 458 Italia. When we say change, we mean they asked him to lose the Nyan Cat wrap that was messing with the Prancing Horse's badges. And guess how he named his Ferrari? Yep, Purrari.

Whatever the case may be, we can't but wish Deadmau5 to drive safe.

Some say, legends never die.... (to be continued...)
