He has certainly been the center of attention with his numerous advertising campaigns, especially the ones for H&M. Well, this time around David Beckham is going to take on something different, something more powerful and far more luxurious.
We’re talking about Jaguar, David accepting to be the company’s new “brand ambassador” in China. Yes, it seems that we’ll be seeing the former England captain around some powerful Jaguar cars.
His first role as a brand ambassador will be to launch the sensual new Jaguar F-Type Coupe in China. Moreover, according to the company, Beckham will be featured in numerous Jaguar sales campaigns, including those that concern the flagship Jaguar XJ limousine. Beckham even stated that he has always been an admirer of Jaguar, saying that “from the styling and design to the feel and roar of the engine, every element feels uniquely British.”
He went on to say “It’s an honor to support a brand with such an amazing heritage and I look forward to being part of Jaguar’s exciting future in China.” Thus, it is pretty clear that the footballer is more than excited to be a part of the Jaguar team and we can't help but be interested in what their collaboration will bring forth.
Moreover, this is not the family’s first collaboration with auto brands. Beckham’s own wife, Victoria, designed and launched a special limited edition Range Rover Evoque at the Beijing Motor Show, China.
