David Beckham Gets Customized Ferrari 612 Scaglietti

Some would have thought David Beckham has it all - great family, great cars, great.. bank accounts, and fame. But it looks like one thing was missing form the picture: a baby daughter which the Beckhams now have, and who brought her father so much joy, that he went and bought a new car.

The latest addition to the former England football team captain’s luxury car collection is a custom Ferrari 612 Ascaglietti worth some $300,000 and bearing the number ‘7’ logo, The Daily Mail found out.

The black shiny car was spotted in the driveway of the family's Malibu summer beach house, where the Beckhams went surfing over the weekend. We’ll remind you that the engine used on the 612 is an 5.7 V12 that was also used on the 575 Maranello, the Tipo F133E that produces 533 hp and is able to propel the car to a top speed 315 km/h (199 mph).

But what meaning does the ‘7’ logo have? Many say that it is after David and Victoria’s newborn baby girl, Harper Seven. Which also leaves us wondering how did the couple get to that name? That, of course, aside form the obvious connection to David’s shirt number from his Manchester United days.

Also, according to PEOPLE, it looks like Harper Seven was born Sunday morning in L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center weighing 7 lbs. in the seventh hour in the seventh month – on the seventh day of the week. Moreover, seven is considered a very lucky spiritual number.
