Darwin Awards for Unbelievably Idiot French Rider

Some things will never change, and two of these things are people's fascination for motorcycles, and human stupidity. And here's facts to back this up.
Speeding in the city 1 photo
The "Paris ring" is a famous road which circles the French capital and is one of the places of choice fort bikers in search of high-speed adrenaline-filled road racing. However, this does not make the ring a deserted place and neither transforms the street into a race track. Meaning there are speed traps and LEOs around.

So the cops pulled over a rider for speeding. That is 144 km/h (89 mph) instead of the legal 80 (49 mph) for that road segment. To their astonishment, they found out several interesting facts (to say the least) about the rider.

The male rider, 26, had no motorcycle driving license, as he was still studying to get one. He had bought his bike 2 days prior to his daring race, and was not licensed, therefore not insured.

The results of such a law-breaking combo were just as nice: the guy's bike was confiscated, it will be quite a long time until he'll be able to get a license, there's a €15,000 ($19,590) fine on his name, and he could also do some jail time. Pure Darwin Awards gold! Via MotorBiker.
