And that's exactly the credo that the latest James Bond actor, British star Daniel Craig, is living by. Despite the fact that he's come out a little dinged from filming the last Bond movie, he says he'll play it for as long as it takes.
Not willing to let that kind of devotion go unnoticed, Aston Martin has just come up with the most interesting proposition for the British actor: they offered him a free pass to drive any Aston Martin model any time he likes for the rest of his life. It really looks like the world is not enough for Bond, now he gets the cars too!
But wait, that's not all. Not only does he get free cars for the rest of his life, he also gets to test their limits on the race track when he fancies it, and we're guessing he'll fancy it a lot, at least in the beginning. So join us in saying “That's a damn right lucky bastard there!” to Daniel Craig, the man who won't ever have to purchase another car again in his life.
And just to show you that life isn't without its ironies, here's what dear old Daniel had to say about the offer: “I could drive it faster and more furiously [on the track] than anywhere on the road. I live in London [and] it doesn't make any sense to drive an Aston Martin there. I've nowhere to park it”. Anyone “care” to trade places with Daniel?
