While some guys who ride scooters are quite reasonable and understand that they are a part of the traffic, therefore acting sensibly, we get too see a lot of crazy riders who seem not to give a flying fudge on road regulations or their own safety, for what's worth.
Take this guy, for example: no helmet, slaloming between the cars, speeding and not even capable to ride properly. The result of such a mix is easy to foresee, and we must say he was extremely lucky to have the grass breaking his fall.
Should he have crashed directly on the road, we would have seen an extremely nasty ending to his ride, with the road rash being the least of his worries. Seeing guys like this and their riding makes us understand why so many drivers hate scooter drivers; unfortunately, it's riders like this one who give scooters a bad name.
