The Dacia Lodgy Glace has recently made its competitional debut, with the vehicle being put through its paces on ice at Val Thorens in France. The Lodgy managed to secure the third position on the podium ,despite the fact that this was its first race.
The race was difficult, as there was no snow at all in the French Alps, with the three drivers Alain Prost, Nicolas Prost and Evens Stievenart having to deal with bare ice. The last managed to finish 3rd, but all three learned valuable lessons about the Lodgy and are looking forward to use this info next week in the principality of Andorra.
“I continued to drive as though I was on ice, but a racing driving style would have been more appropriate. That’s a lesson for the future. The positives are that I’ve scored points and been able to get an idea of Dacia Lodgy Glace’s potential,” Stievenart said.
