Dacia Duster Reaches 400,000 Production Milestone

The Dacia Duster has reached an important production milestone this week, with the affordable crossover hitting 400,000 units produced. The unit that marked the occasion, the one you can see in the adjacent image, rolled out the gates of the Mioveni factory in Romania.
The vehicle, is powered by the range-topping diesel engine, an 1.5-liter dCi that delivers 110 hp, which is assisted by a 4-wheel drive system. The Duster uses the best trim level, Laureate and is finished in Grey Platine. The Dacia crossover is heading to a French customer - the country is Dacia’s main export market.

The Dacia Duster has been present on the market for three years one and 95 percent of the production has been exported, with Western Europe as the most important destination.

During our test drive with the Dacia Duster, we discovered a vehicle that’s extremely capable when it comes to offroad driving and we were left with a positive overall impression.
