The Dacia Duster has proved successful on a number of markets, aside from its Romanian home market, and with UK deliveries poised to begin early next year, it will get even more attention, especially in Europe. While they may have currently just launched the new generation Logan, Sandero, Lodgy and Dokker, they have not forgotten about the Duster.
It will get two distinct pickup versions, one with a single cab, and one with a double cab. Both are set to arrive on the market some time in 2014, and they will be offered with both front-wheel drive, as well as all-wheel drive. Also, with the updated interior it will be getting courtesy of a minor facelift, it will also accommodate Renault’s new touch-screen infotainment system, called R-Link.
These two new versions will seriously boost the Duster’s appeal, as it will undercut most other similar pick-ups, while offering a modern low-capacity diesel engine, Nissan-sourced all-wheel drive system, and an improved interior. Good things ahead for Dacia...
