While being suspected of having braking and handling issues, the first Romanian SUV still manages to get a lot of attention. After receiving its first tuning kit from the German tuner Elia AG, the Dacia Duster has now received a number of exterior enhancements from Cobra Technology & Lifestyle.

Visually, the Cobra Dacia Duster comes with a high-gloss stainless steel front bar made from a 60 mm in diameter tube plus alternatively a second chrome bar, called the Cityguard which is fitted on the lower side of the front bumper. According to Cobra specialists, the front bar meets all current EC guidelines for pedestrian protection.

“The part comes complete with an EC operation certificate, eliminating the need for a technical inspection and for amending the vehicle papers. In addition the front guard allows the fitting of additional high beams which are offered as a ready-to-install kit,”
a Cobra statement reads.

The first SUV from the Romanian car manufacturer has also received a Cobra custom made stainless steel grille molding and sill tubes that also have a protective role. Rounding off the look of the Cobra Dacia Duster is a chrome exhaust tip 80 mm in diameter and 18 inch multi spoke design wheels wrapped in tires size 8Jx18 with 225/50 R.

The team also says that all Cobra Technology & Lifestyle components designed for the Dacia Duster come with a 2 year warranty without mileage limit.
