Cadillac is trying to reinvent American luxury with infotainment systems and illuminated door handles. But they still have noting on a true luxury maker like Britain’s Bentley Motors. For a while, the Continental GT fell from favor because its high fuel consumption and hefty weight. But the mighty coupe is back with a vengeance thanks to last year’s facelift.
The guys at Al & Ed’s Autosound have tricked out just such a car, giving it what we call the Star Wars storm trooper look: white body armor with black “equipment”. The GT sports a brand new aftermarket grille with a much smaller mesh design.
The West Hollywood customizers have also blacked out all the chrome trim on the car, including the wheels. Euro-spec LED daytime running lights were installed in the custom lower grille. So now, the Bentley Continental GT is ready to conquer the luxury universe, starting with a Chanel store in Beverly Hills.
