If the Kardashians have a soft spot for the boxy Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen, the Beckhams are mad about the Range Rover. The Manchester United legend is well known for his ties with the fashion world, but he never left his car style behind. This exclusive luxury SUV was ordered new by the star, highly customized, and then gifted to his sister.
Soccer or football, whatever you call the game, David Beckham has his particular spot in the top 10 players list. One of the most marketable athletes in the sport, the 40-year-old retired sportsman is still among the game’s favorites. Through his endorsements, which range from football, sports outwearing to all things motorcycle (including a special edition Triumph Bonneville 1100), Beckham is still earning millions every year.

In other words, the football legend has enough money to live a happy life with his family, so there’s no reason he’d ever sell any of his luxury cars. It’s his sister who’s selling the SUV, and its performance may be the reason.

You see, this is not the regular 2007 Range Rover Sport. It was designed and upgraded by Kahn Conversions at a cost of £100,000 ($152,832) and is powered by a 4.2-liter supercharged V8 gasoline engine. Its interior was specially crafted with hand-stitched quilted leather seats, a bespoke sound system and twin rear screens for Brooklyn and Romeo to play on their Playstations.

According to its vendor - Classic Car Auctions - there is a plaque bearing the moniker “Designed for David Beckham,” so there’s no need for owner certification, even though it comes with that too. The history file also includes a speeding summons in the name of his sister Joanne.

With a mere 62,000 miles on board, the luxury SUV will go under the hammer on December 5, and it is expected to sell for £25,000 ($38,215). Considering the amount of money the sportsman invested in it and the fame factor, it's safe to say this is a bargain.
