Fortunately, we don't need to use our imagination to figure out what happens when two of the most infamous machines to have ever received the Liberty Walk treatment, namely the Mazda RX-3 and the McLaren 650S, go for a jog together.
And that's because the two, who share their livery, were recently taken for a driver by Mad Mike Whiddett. You know, the New Zealand drifter who keeps thrilling us with his extreme appearances - here's an example of just how dedicated he is to the Japanese brand.

The Kiwi slider recently visited the Liberty Walk mother ship in Japan, with Kato Wataru, the man behind the label, allowing him to enjoy the might of these go-fast animals.

Thanks to the piece of footage below, you'll get to see the two velocity tools delivering a monstrous spectacle, especially when it comes to the aural side of the adventure.

As those of you who are tuned into our tuning tales know, we've covered both the LB Walk RX-3 and the 650S in the past, so you can easily understand the joy we experience when checking them out together.

As for Mad Mike, since the drifter has a thing for Mazda, he used this experience to share some Wankel memories with us.

"These 1970's style cars bring back many memories of my teenage years pulsing around the streets of New Zealand and Auckland City. We must have annoyed everyone with the disturbance from our rowdy bridgeport rotary engines, bolted into everything from Mazda Bongo Vans, Mazda 323's, Toyota Corolla's, genuine RX Mazda's or anything rear wheel drive that was cheap out of the local Trade & Exchange. The buzz was to always create something fresh and unique with its own aggressive character, and build that street cred - URBAN DISTURBANCE,” the athlete told Red Bull, which happens to be his sponsor.
