They don't call it that for nothing - it's so hot over there that people can die if left out in the sun for too long. But this convoy of test prototypes seems to be coping just fine. And the array of vehicles present here, from the most affordable EV that BMW can produce to the most expensive SUV.

Initially, the car spotter films all of the cars parked together, after which the convoy set off on the road. He chases and continues to film from behind the wheel of a Corvette.

So, let's talk about all the vehicle here. The first of them to be revealed is the M5, which is scheduled to come out on August 21st. We know a fair bit about it already, starting with the fact that it's got a 4.4-liter V8 pushing just over 600 hp to all four wheels.

Towards the very end of the convoy, we also see the BMW X2, a sportier version of the X1 that's the only FWD-based car in convoy. It too will probably debut in the coming months, possibly at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show.

Right behind it is the M2 CS, a limited edition supped up version of what's already a dynamic benchmark in this segment. It's rumored to have around 400 horsepower pushing a much lighter body. But it will come out late next year.

Before that, BMW will come out with the updated version of its i3 electric city car. Called the i3S, his updated model is rumored to have between 10 and 15 more horsepower over the current 168, so it might finally be able to push 100 km/h in 7 seconds flat.

The iPerformance badge on the trunk will be joined by stiffer suspension, a 40mm wider front track and a 10mm reduction in ride height.

Among the other vehicles being paraded in front of the camera, we also see the X5, X7, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and the Phantom Extended Wheelbase.
