Crashing in Reverse: Dump Truck Tips Over in Russia

Russian truck crash 1 photo

Whether you call it a dump truck or a tipper, this vehicle is what it is – a large multi-wheeled truck with a jolly-huge bin on top, activated by hydarulics. Excavators fill it up with whatever needs to be in there and once arrived at its destination, the cargo is dumped. Something tells us that this isn't the way it's supposed to be done though.
This next Russian crash video really needs no explanation – ramp + runaway heavy vehicle + innocent victims of a crash they had nothing to do with.

But you can learn a little something about how brutally cold the Russians are. Just look at the guy looking up some documents from the trunk of his vehicle on the right side of the video. With nerves of steel, he goes back to his business just seconds after watching a 10-ton dump truck topple over, nearly killing the driver of a Toyota Corolla.

Speaking of the white Corolla driver, he really hit a patch of rotten luck that day, as the whole incident happens seconds after he parked his car. Though had he not gotten out at the right time, he might very well have sustained life threatening injuries.

Everybody crashes in Russia. It's like an inevitable statistic of life no citizen of the federation seems to be able to escape!
