Back in the day, Chevrolet was known for building some of the toughest cars drivers could buy. Now... well, not that much. However, some of their models are still impressive, and the Chevrolet Corvette is probably the most important vehicle of the pack.
No need to call BS, because we have proof! And we’re not even talking about the new C7 Stingray, the most radical Corvette to date. What are you going to see below is a fifth-generation Corvette Z06 that was basically totaled by the Oklahoma Tornado. Although it can be easily filed under damaged goods, this Chevy refuses to die and can still roar as its owner presses the gas pedal to the floor.
According to StreetLegalTV, the Corvette was towed away and deemed a complete loss by the insurance company right after it was started for one last time. It’s really a sad moment and we feel sorry for the car and its owner. And it’s no doubt we feel the same for all the people that encountered the Oklahoma Tornado as well. On the other hand, we’re very impressed that this C5 Corvette Z06 is still able to play the music we all adore.
