A driver who recently got his license suspended over DUI charges, was found by cops sleeping while having his foot on the brake, in the middle of the street. Meanwhile a bottle of whiskey was put in the car seat, instead of his 2-year old boy, who was sitting in the front passenger seat without a belt.
We all love driving and some of us even get obsessed about it, but there are some people in this world who should never be allowed to hold the wheels in their hands. Henry County Police (Atlanta, Georgia) responded Saturday to a 911 call about a man sitting slumped behind the wheel of his car at a traffic light. According to 11 Alive, the car didn’t moved even after the light changed several times.

The responding officer found the driver sleeping, with his foot on the brake, and his toddler sitting on the front passenger seat wearing no seat bell. Even worse, the car seat had a bottle of whiskey siting on it. Identified as Robert Eugene Mobley, it turns out the driver didn’t have a valid driver’s license because it had been suspended in July after a DUI charge.

This whole incident turns out even stranger. Later on, at the police department, the driver admitted he had a beer before he took the car for the road. Answering questions at the Henry County Police Department, officers also found a small baggy containing a white powder, which Mobley said it was cocaine. The 2-year old boy was released to another adult and the incident is under investigation.
