Concept S-Class Coupe Turns Heads in Dubai as Well

Unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Mercedes-Benz Concept S-Class Coupe was from our point of view the best-looking car at the show.

Although the production vehicle will be derived from the platform used by the S-Class W222 sedan, the S-Class Coupe's only similar styling details borrowed from the sedan are the side character lines, which makes it a truly special-looking car.

The concept was so successful at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September that Mercedes-Benz decided to also bring it to the 2013 Dubai Motor Show, which opened its gates just a few days ago.

As you can see from the following footage, the gorgeous coupe received its fair share of attention from Dubai residents as well, despite the video being most probably taken during the press day.

With the production version set to look at least 90% identical to the concept car, it's no wonder that all eyes were on the Mercedes-Benz CL replacement, which will be unveiled in January at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
