The latest company to play with the German car is Cobra, which is offering a refinement for the vehicle, in the form of a set of high-gloss stainless steel components and custom wheels.
The Touareg has been gifted with the Cobra CITYGUARD. This is a 60 mm stainless steel tube that is placed at the lower side of the front bumper and offers protection.
“The new Touareg exudes even more exclusive character with the Cobra CITYGUARD. This 60-millimeter component is made from high-gloss stainless steel, and is attached to the lower part of the front bumper. The Cobra CITYGUARD also offers another added benefit: The stainless-steel tube guard also protects the front apron against minor damages from inadvertent contact with curbs or other obstacles,” stated the press release.
In addition to that, the SUV has received a set of 80 mm stainless steel tube guard for the sides. These protect the vehicle and are fitted with plastic steps that facilitate access.
The car now rides on Cobra Sahara 8.5Jx20 alloy rims that use a multi-spoke design and are wrapped in 275/45 tires.
