Ok, so we’ve seen lots of GT 86/FR-S tuning jobs until now, but most of them are just cute “bunnies” wrapped in fuzzy colors. Well, take a look at this extra aggressive Scion FR-S ever built.
Daniel Song of Orange County, CA, has a long automotive history, owning and modifying lots of vehicles, including a 2011 Nissan GT-R and a 2005 Lamborghini Gallardo. But nothing compares to this FR-S specially built to compete in the 2012 Scion Tuner Challenge.

Since the beginning of the project, Daniel thought to build the “most extreme, aggressive, sinister and evil-looking race-ready FR-S for SEMA” and looking at the end result, we have to say that the only machine looking more menacing than this one is a naked top fuel dragster spitting flames all over the place.

So, what makes it so rough? First of all, it’s that military grade exterior made up of Jon Sibal wide body fenders, MV Designz front lip, side skirts, carbon fiber race splitter and canards, APR carbon fiber rear spoiler, custom intake inlet headlight, blackened out taillights and that extraordinary Meguiar’s 3M Carbon Dinoc vinyl that wraps most of the car, including the little side windows.

Performance is ensured by a Vortech V-3 H67 self-lubricated supercharger, Maxflow air-to-air front-mount charge cooler, custom center-exit exhausts, Koyo Race radiator, Billet Pro short shifter kit, Clutch Master FX300 Stage 3 clutch, Air Runner air suspension, Brembo 4-piston Gran Turismo calipers and brakes.

Inside, you won’t find anything else than a full spec rollcage, a Sparco bucket seat with Competition 4-point race harness, Competition R345 suede steering wheel, Racing shift knob, racing gauge cluster and buttons.
