Also, a Bluetooth interface allows audio streaming (A2DP & AVRCP) via mobile phone, whilst also providing hands-free access to a range of features on any supported phone.

Customers should know that both Both Clarion units are Official DivX Certified products and support the DivX 6 format of the latest DVD-video, DVD-R and DVD-RW movie files, while video playback via iPod/iPhone is also possible via the optional addition of a supporting cable.

The display on the fixed panel 2-DIN 6.2” WGA colour Digital LCD touch screen (VX401E) is replicated on the 1-DIN 7” equivalent (VZ401E), whose motorised flip-out screen is tilt adjustable, with both models featuring hard key controls for source and volume, adjustable brightness/contrast, and blue button illumination.

Furthermore, both units offer connectivity of one or more additional screens via a Rear Monitor RCA video output, while there is also an opportunity to install and connect a dedicated rear vision camera via an RCA video input.
