Citroen Vans Get Trafficmaster Satnav in the UK

The new year brought some new equipment for every Citroen Berlingo which will be sold in the UK, as all models will be fitted the Citroen Trafficmaster Smartnav/Trackstar stolen vehicle package.

Thanks to the new Trafficmaster system, clients will also be able to opt for the Fleet Director for £19.99 + VAT per month. Fleet director is a real-time fleet management program which helps head offices to improve communications with the vehicles and show their exact locations, or send routes or jobs directly to the vehicles.

Charles Peugeot continues, “In conjunction with our standard Trafficmaster Smartnav system, Fleet Director not only enables Citroën’s LCV customers to improve the safety of their LCV operations, but also to make further efficiency and environmental gains.”

The Trafficmaster Fleet Director also offers services like Map Control Centre with live vehicle reporting, two-way messaging, vehicle and driver management reports, it allows both vehicles and drivers to be benchmarked and compared to others in the business, it provides exception alerts, including warnings of unscheduled stops or deviations from normal routes.
